What is Dysport®?
Dysport® is a brand name for an injectable medication that contains botulinum toxin type A, which is derived from the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It is used for various medical and cosmetic purposes, primarily to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines on the face. Dysport® works by temporarily blocking nerve signals to specific facial muscles, causing them to relax. How Does Dysport® Work?
Dysport® is a neuromodulator, similar to BOTOX® and Xeomin, that works by temporarily relaxing and weakening the muscles responsible for creating wrinkles and lines on the face. Here’s how Dysport® works:
